Do we supply and install wood flooring?
We can supply and install all types of finish wood flooring, Hardwood Flooring, Engineered Wood Flooring, and Laminate Flooring.
How quickly can you fit a new floor in my home?
Usually we can fit you in within 7-10 days depending on the job size and the time of year.
Will you deliver the flooring to my home?
Delivery is available, we can arrange for your new wood floor to be delivered directly to your home. Delivered straight into the house just point us in the right direction.
Would we be able to fit new skirting boards and trim the doors?
Of Course, anything required to put your home back to the way we found it is included should you wish. We can remove and refit your existing skirting boards. We can also fit nice new skirting or perhaps perimeter scotia beading if you don’t want to remove your skirting boards.
Do you provide samples of the floors?
Yes, we can deliver samples of all our floors directly to your home. Our sample boards are around 1m square, a great size for viewing how the floor can look. Keep the samples for a few days and see how they look in different lights and conditions
Are we able to take away all the waste from the job?
As a responsible SEPA trader, we can provide full waste removal and disposal service. This is provided directly by Midlothian Skip Hire.
Would the installers move my furniture?
No, we would always recommend leaving larger items in place just stripped down to the bare minimum, like for example leave the sofa but remove the rest of the furniture. Leave the beds, but move the other furniture. We normally make a plan for laying so we can discuss in advance what needs to move and when.
Will your installers lift my old flooring?
Of course, we will remove all the existing flooring prior to new flooring going down. Preparation is everything so your flooring comes up and we go over your subfloor to remove any nails, fix any loose boards and generally prep the floors prior to being insulated and floored.
